My name is Laura, originally from West Sussex I graduated as a veterinary surgeon from Edinburgh University in 2002.

I have worked in the Dorset and Somerset area ever since, aside from a year break to travel the world in my mid twenties. I joined Southill vets in May 2025 after working in mixed practice for the last 22 years and have enjoyed becoming part of the Southill team.

I have particular interests in surgery and ultrasound including cardiac ultrasound for our patients with heart conditions. I live locally and have 2 teenage children – in my spare time I enjoy horse riding and walking my dog Maggie, who you may see sitting in laps around in the Practice from time to time!
